Get ready to scale new heights at our rock wall! Open to students, members, faculty, and staff. All climbing equipment provided. Climbing is a full-body workout that engages multiple muscle groups, including the arms, shoulders, back, and legs. This type of activity can help to increase muscle mass and boost metabolism, which can lead to weight loss. It also helps to improve bone density. Plus, it's just really fun.
